About the Role: Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with behavioural needs. This is across the years 7-16. Help create a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment. Support pupils' academic progress as well as their emotional wellbeing and personal development. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver personalised learning plans. Contribute to behaviour management and therapeutic support strategies. About You: Experience in supporting pupils with additional needs in a school or youth work setting. Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build trust with students.
