SEND Programme Manager

Pay Rate: GBP57.02 per hour PAYE or GBP76.98 per hour limited paid via Umbrella company inside IR35

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the Local Authority Change Partnership Programme. The role involves:

1. Leading the implementation of the Local Authority project plan
2. Maintaining regular liaison and reporting with the Department for Education (DfE)
3. Providing strategic leadership to the SEND operational team
4. Driving the development and enhancement of strategic SEND practices across the Local Authority
5. Ensuring effective change management and continuous improvement within the SEND service

This position is hybrid, requiring attendance at some in-person meetings and presentations.
