We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. What will you be doing? Attend and resolve faults promptly to meet SLAs. Collaborate effectively with teams via MS Teams, phone, or face-to-face.
Adhere to best practices and ensure high-quality service delivery. Contribute by writing lessons learned and Local Working Instructions.
Be a proactive team player with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Flexible to travel to customer sites such as Wokingham, Warwick, and Reading.
