Liaise with clients to maintain strong working relationships and respond to queries promptly.
Assist with hands-on cleaning tasks when required, particularly for complex or urgent projects.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are maintained and available.
Recruit, train, and mentor team members to ensure consistent high standards.
Monitor performance, quality, and cost efficiency across all contracts.
