Start Date: September 2025 Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm, Term Time Only)

Are you an experienced and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a supportive school environment?

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic school in Tunbridge Wells starting in September 2025. This is a full-time, term-time only role working closely with pupils who have special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with SEN

Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies

Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and other staff to support pupil progress

Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

Requirements:

Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is essential

A valid Child Workforce Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply

Passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people

Reliable, patient, and able to work effectively as part of a team
