This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with complex educational needs. Job description: Provide one-on-one and group support to children with complex needs. Assist in creating and delivering tailored learning plans. Support the classroom teacher with lesson planning and behaviour management. Help with personal care and mobility where required. Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment. Maintain accurate records of student progress and support needs. Attend relevant training and professional development opportunities. Requirements: You have an Enhanced DBS check on the updated service or are willing to apply for one. You possess a minimum of 6 months of experience working in UK schools. You have experience working with children with complex educational needs (preferred). You are able to commit to working long-term/full-time. You are ideally available for 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). You can provide professional references from your recent employers. You are eligible to work in the UK (ETW). You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You demonstrate patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. You are a team player and are able to work collaboratively with colleagues.
