SEN TA Randstad Education is seeking a talented and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with complex educational needs. Provide one-on-one and group support to children with complex needs. Support the classroom teacher with lesson planning and behaviour management. Help with personal care and mobility where required. Attend relevant training and professional development opportunities. You have an Enhanced DBS check on the updated service or are willing to apply for one. You possess a minimum of 6 months of experience working in UK schools. You have experience working with children with complex educational needs (preferred). You are able to commit to working long-term/full-time. You are ideally available for 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).
