SEND Teaching Assistant - Rochdale

Full-Time | Immediate Start | Contract Until July 2026 | £90-£110 per day

Here at Aspire People, we are excited to be working with a welcoming and inclusive school in Rochdale who are seeking a committed SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.

This role is available to start immediately and will run through until July 2026, offering stability and the opportunity to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.

________________________________________ About the Role: * Provide tailored 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs in a mainstream classroom * Assist in delivering personalised learning plans * Support students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH or communication needs * Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation * Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the wider SEND team ________________________________________ We're Looking For Someone Who: * Has experience supporting children with SEND in a school setting * Is calm, patient and resilient * Can adapt learning approaches to suit individual needs * Builds positive relationships with pupils and colleagues * Holds an enhanced DBS on the update service (or is happy to obtain one)
