You’ll be joining a supportive school team who understand just how important strong, consistent support is for pupils with SEND.
What you’ll be doing:
• Providing 1:1 and small group support for KS2 pupils with special educational needs
• Helping children stay focused, engaged, and confident throughout the school day
• Supporting pupils with routines, transitions, and emotional regulation

• Being that steady, reassuring presence pupils can rely on every day
What we’re looking for:
• Experience supporting children with SEND, in schools or similar settings
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach
• Someone who understands the importance of consistency and positive relationships
• A team player who enjoys working alongside teachers and support staff
• Confidence supporting KS2-aged pupils
What’s in it for you?
• Weekly pay through PAYE, no umbrella companies, no hidden fees
• FREE access to our online CPD Academy, build your skills while you work
• 1:1 support from your local consultant, real people who get to know you
• Opportunities in mainstream, SEND, and alternative settings
• Referral rewards if you bring a friend along
✨ Bonus: If you’re not already Thrive trained, we’ll enrol you for free. Thrive training is a big win with schools and gives you extra tools to support pupils’ emotional wellbeing, something that really matters in SEND roles.
