Experienced Speaker Management/ Asst. Project/Program Manager required to support the EMEA Summit season speaker management workstream execution (12 Summits) across 9 months.

Includes up to 60 speaker communication emails, 12 speaker manuals, speaker audits across thousands of AWS internal speakers to ensure certification compliance and URT metrics, and day-to-day speaker management with 3,000+ speakers. Create and conduct speaker know-before-you-go calls per Summit and send post-event surveys to all speakers. Work with the content team to keep the team Wiki (internal repositories for content) up to date.


The position reports to the Global Events team, which is currently expanding its scope and team in 2026. The key project is the EMEA Summits, happening between April and September 2026. Historically, the content management delivered Summits in AMER had contractors supporting the peak period. Now thatThe EMEA content team that you would be supporting seats across different European countries, with one team member in London. You will work closely with them, and since these reports go into a Global team, there is flexibility in working hours to ensure deliverables are ready on time.


You will join team meetings weekly and Summit-specific calls. Task breakdowns include organizing and updating documentation, navigating content management tools (Airtable, internal wikis), curating email communications, and being able to scale mechanisms and comms as you will be working on 12 Summits in parallel. The team is growing to cover all geos worldwide, and we aim to expand the same support model into EMEA. The purpose of the newly formed EMEA Content team is to streamline content strategy for Summits in the region and take planning and execution to the next level in terms of efficiency and content high bar.
