Spare Parts Team Leader Livingston | Full-time | Permanent Are you an experienced spare parts professional with strong commercial awareness and a knack for leading teams to success ? Were working in partnership with our client to look for a Spare Parts Team Leader to oversee their busy Livingston operation, supporting customers across South & Western Europe, the Middle East and North Africa . In this role, youll combine technical knowledge, leadership skills, and commercial acumen to ensure the Spare Parts team delivers excellent customer service, meets sales targets, and operates efficiently. What youll be doing: Leading and supporting the Spare Parts Co-ordinator team , setting priorities and monitoring performance Managing the full spare parts order cycle - from enquiries and quotations to invoicing and delivery Building strong customer relationships , generating leads, and ensuring we exceed sales targets Reviewing and approving complex quotations and assisting with technical parts identification Collaborating with Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve queries and improve processes Monitoring KPIs, reporting on team performance, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue About you:
