Sous chef
Location: Swindon, Wiltshire
Salary: £31,900 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am 3:30pm (Daytime Only)

Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of the kitchen
Delivering breakfast and lunch for up to 200 staff
Supporting hospitality requirements (e.g. working lunches)
Overseeing compliance, food hygiene, and stock control
Building strong client relationships and ensuring smooth service delivery
Requirements:
Level 3 Food Safety qualification (FSL3)
Minimum 3 years kitchen experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
Experience managing kitchen operations and finances
Proficient in Microsoft Office and catering systems
Strong communication skills with teams and clients
Must live within a commutable distance to Swindon
