Sous Chef – RNAS Yeovilton

Location: YeovilSalary: £15.73 per hourHours: 40 per week (5 days out of 7, shifts may vary)

What You’ll Do

• Support the Head Chef with menu creation, prep, and smooth daily operations
• Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team
• Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Manage stock, ordering, and waste reduction
• Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards
• Control food costs and support budget targets
• Step up to run the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
• Deliver dishes that meet client and customer expectations, including dietary needs
