What You’ll Do: * Support the Head Chef in all areas of kitchen management and service

* Manage stock, suppliers, and kitchen organisation
* Train and support team members What We’re Looking For: · Experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen · Availability throughout weekends · Excellent food hygiene knowledge (Level 2/3 Food Safety preferred)· Calm and focused with a hands-on approach to problem solving · Flexible and committed, with a desire to grow and learn What We Offer: * Competitive salary + generous tips
