We are looking for a Sous Chef

to join our team. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will be managing daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking. Provides meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes. The ideal candidate: Oversees and organizes kitchen stock and ingredients Leads kitchen team in chef's absence Supervises all food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and restaurant standards Works with head chef to maintain kitchen organization, staff ability, and training opportunities Be self-motivated Have great passion for food Assists head chef with menu creation Have the ability to work under pressure

Essential: Minimum of 1 year experience in events kitchen Have a reasonable level of food knowledge Lead small team
