This is small hotel, 33 bedrooms, offering a quality fresh, traditional and seasonal menus, from the farm and local area. Sous Chef Job Role The Sous Chef will have full responsibility of the hotel kitchen operation for the evening meal service. This will require a hands-on approach and ability to lead a small team. You will ensure the kitchen operation runs smoothly, achieving standards and profitability. You will have autonomy to develop the menu in line with the concept of the business and support of the Estate Executive Chef. Ideal candidates will have sous or head chef experience in a fresh food, small hotel, restaurant or dining pub. Salary and Benefits Starting basic salary is to £33,280 p.a.
