What you'll be doing: Supporting the Head Chef to deliver a modern British menu using seasonal, local produce
Leading the team day-to-day and stepping up in the Head Chefs absence
Keeping the kitchen running smoothly and safely
Bringing energy, ideas, and consistency to every plate
About you: Youve worked as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie ready to make a move up, love working with fresh food, and want to be part of something from the ground up.
