This position provides a stable schedule and the opportunity to work closely with an experienced Head Chef, contributing to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities: ? Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations ? Assist in preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard ? Maintain organisation, cleanliness, and food safety practices in all kitchen areas ? Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation ? Help manage stock, reduce waste, and support efficient kitchen workflow
Requirements: ? Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong experience as a Chef de Partie seeking progression ? Ability to work confidently with fresh ingredients ? Strong communication and teamwork skills ? Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods ? Flexibility to work a 5-day rota, including weekends
