There is a option to do the hours over a 4 day week or 5 day - you can decide The role We are looking for a sous chef to support the senior sous chefs & also run a section. you will set up one of the sections in the kitchen, you will prep your fridge for service and ensure your area is all ready. You will write the prep list for the next day. You will also take on some duties with head chef & senior sous chef. This role is using fresh food and will include all the standard junior sous chef duties. Experience For this sous chef role, we are looking for a sous chef or junior sous chef from a fresh food background and good knife skills. They use a good range of meats and norfolk produce, you will need experience with meats and passion for this.
