The Person

The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have the following:
Experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous in a Michelin starred kitchen
Ideally a high level of experience in fine dining
be a driven chef striving to achieve the best
Organised and good attention to detail
Happy with shifts as required
Live locally to the area or drive.
