Sous Chef required for a Hotel in the Chester area, this is a brilliant opportunity to work in a unique Hotel offering a great range of meals for guests. The role: As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in running the kitchen and ensuring everything runs smoothly on a day to day basis. You will be the Senior Chef in the kitchen when the Head Chef is off and when the head chef is in, you will run a section in the kitchen. This food offering is key here and this role will play a crucial part in ensuring the guests have a fantastic experience and something they will remember. This role will include all the normal Sous Chef duties.

Experience: We are looking for a Sous Chef or a Sous Chef looking to step up to Senior Sous Chef level. You will have a fresh food background, kitchen management experience and be able to support and lead a team

Position: Sous Chef Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 Location: Chester All about the guests experience Parking is available onsite
