Just a short walk from Pudding Mill Lane Station, were home to a modern-fusion restaurant and bar (The Print House), a three-story events space (The Rum House), an outdoor terrace, and an on-site Distillery. We offer an inspiring environment for food and drink lovers to create memorable experiences. What Youll Do As our Sous Chef, youll work directly with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen team, helping deliver high-quality dishes and smooth service every shift. Youll be trusted with: Running service in the Head Chefs absence Supporting with stock control, rota planning & kitchen management Ensuring consistency, quality, and food hygiene standards Coaching and developing junior kitchen staff Contributing to menu development and seasonal specials What Were Looking For We want someone who lives and breathes food. Youll need: 2+ years experience in a similar role or as a Senior CDP or Junior CDP ready to step up A passion for seasonal, modern British cuisine Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene & health and safety A calm head under pressure and a positive, team-first attitude Ready to join the Jim & Tonic team?
