Sous chef required for a high end events company, this role is for the wedding side of the operation. They do high end weddings for the luxury market, they have a number of venues that they do the catering for. They have production days where you will prep for the wedding and then on wedding days ensure the food arrives on the site correctly and leaves the satalight kitchen for the wedding at the venue to the high standards required. This is a brilliant opportunity for a sous chef, eveyr day is different with a event company.

The role As a sous chef you will work with the Head chef and Exec chef to ensure the prep lists are done on time, the food presentation is amazing and that the high end clients are delighted with the high end food delights. This role is based on the wedding side of the operation. You will also cook for the tasting room as well. This role will be very hands on and include all the standard sous chef duties.

Experience We are looking for a sous chef from arosette, fine dining or award winning background, with a good understanding of weddings. You will have amazing knowledge of great food, passion for great food and good knife skills
