Tonic are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join the team at our clients high-end restaurant based in North Cotswolds . You'll work closely with the Head Chef , contributing to the creation and delivery of a delicious menu, pushing for further accolades. If you're a dedicated Chef with a passion for high-quality ingredients and innovative cooking, we'd love to hear from you. What we're looking for in Sous Chef candidates... A minimum of 2 years experience within a Michelin-starred restaurant (Or equivalent)
Confidence and competence across all sections within the kitchen
Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
A genuine passion for your craft
