Were growing, evolving, and building something long-term and were looking for good people to grow with us.
As Sous Chef at Pit Kitchen, youll work across all sections, supporting both restaurant service and events. Youll be part of a close-knit team cooking bold, seasonal food over fire with room to learn, contribute, and develop.
Working across all kitchen sections & running service in the absence of the Head Chef
Supporting prep for restaurant service and events
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organisation
Assisting with stock control and ordering
Supporting the Head Chef and Chef Director on menu development
Any other reasonable duties required to support the kitchen
