Sous Chef - RNAS Yeovilton Location: Yeovil Salary: £15.73 per hour Hours: 40 per week (5 days out of 7, shifts may vary)

What You'll Do Support the Head Chef with menu creation, prep, and smooth daily operations Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency Manage stock, ordering, and waste reduction Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards Control food costs and support budget targets Step up to run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence Deliver dishes that meet client and customer expectations, including dietary needs What You'll Bring Proven experience in high-quality catering Strong leadership and team-development skills Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety Ability to stay organised in a fast-paced kitchen Flexibility and a collaborative mindset Creativity and passion for exceptional food Financial awareness around cost control
