Sous chef required for a modern and up and coming concept with a site inMiddlesbrough. This is a fantastic time to join the company, this role is working under the GM. It is a upbeat team, fast-paced, really fun bubbly environment. Sous chef / second chef required to work under the kitchen manager.

The role
As a second chef / sous chef you will support the kitchen manager in the running of the kitchen. you will ensure everything runs well. They will be doing a variety of freshly made burgers and other dishes. It is the kitchen manager and this person and a team of line chefs. This role will include all the standard second chef / sous chef duties.

Experience
We are looking for a second chef / sous chef who can handle a fast paced environment, manage the team and support the kitchen manager.
