Responsibilities Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth workflow Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including training and mentoring team members Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen Coordinate food production to ensure timely delivery of dishes during service periods Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and ensure proper storage of ingredients Support the development of new menu items and contribute creative ideas to enhance offerings Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Serve as a role model for team members by demonstrating professionalism and culinary excellence Experience Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen environment Extensive background in food production, cooking, and food preparation Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety standar...
