Were looking for a

Sous Chef

who is hands-on, professional, and calm in service. This is not a shouting kitchen. No egos. No drama. Just good food, good systems, and people who respect each other.

As

Sous Chef , youll be trusted to help run service, support the Head Chef, and keep standards high while mentoring junior chefs. You dont need to know our cuisine already

well train you properly

but you do need strong fundamentals and the right mindset.

What were looking for: Proven experience as a

Sous Chef

or strong Junior ready to step up

Excellent English is essential

Kitchen management experience

Confident with HACCP, hygiene, and food safety

Comfortable mentoring and developing junior team members

Able to run service smoothly and professionally

Team-first attitude. No ego
