If you've cut your teeth in a premium branded fresh-food kitchen, whether that's as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a restaurant or a lively gastro pub, brilliant. Salary package of up to 42000 per year (combined fixed annual salary and base tronc), plus additional, uncapped tronc potential, based on site performance. Overall, on track earnings 46000 based on current site performance.
