Sous Chef – I have a great opportunity for a proven Sous Chef to join this great private member's club in Southwest London. With a fresh food offer and excellent central location, they enjoy regular volumes of customers; as such they are looking for a Sous Chef to partner with a fantastic Head Chef and support the smooth running of this business.

The Ideal Sous Chef – You should be a dedicated Chef who can to produce fantastic consistent fresh food and manage the team of chefs to the desired brand standards; similar experience is preferable from a similar branded company.
You should have
at least 1 years' experience as a Sous Chef,
processes the ability to manage stock levels and kitchen paperwork,
have high standards of kitchen hygiene and knowledge of all Health and Safety Regulations.
have recent experience in Modern British food
excellent communication and the ability to work calmy and methodically under pressure
a genuine passion for food, and a want to experiment and go beyond traditional cooking
good understanding of vegetarian and vegan food
passion towards sourcing local products

Package for Sous Chef –
An inclusive package of up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience
Tronc payments of up to £5,000 per annum
Pension and healthcare
