My client, a well-regarded country hotel and restaurant with a strong local reputation and clear ambitions for the future are looking to recruit passionate and experienced chefs to join an established, quality-led kitchen team as they continue to build toward the next stage of our journey.
Prior to lockdown, the kitchen held two AA Rosettes, and they are now working towards rejoining the Rosette scheme and achieving our 4th star next year.
The Operation 4050 cover restaurant offering refined, seasonal menus

50 cover bar area with a strong food focus

Private dining room for events up to 20 covers

Emphasis on quality ingredients, consistency, and attention to detail

Pastry Sous Chef/ Junior Sous

About You Proven experience in high-end or fine dining kitchens

Rosette-level experience highly desirable

Strong technical skills and high service standards

For pastry: confident producing elegant, modern desserts and pastries

Organised, calm under pressure, and professional on service

A team player who takes pride in their work and wants to progress
