We're recruiting a Sous Chef to support a contract catering venue in South-West London . This is a high-quality, high-volume food operation, based within a brand-new, modern site. This is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef from a strong B&I & Contract Catering background who enjoys structured service, quality-led food and working in an open-kitchen, hospitality-focused environment in South-West London. The offer £41,000 per annum Monday to Friday Operation Brand-new, well-designed site Pension, health care, cycle to work… and more! The operation Open kitchen restaurant environment. Coffee bar on with grab & go offer. Full restaurant with a large, elevated salad bar. A hot breakfast service with a daily breakfast special rolling into lunch. 2–3 main course options available at lunch. Capacity for up to 400 covers in a single service and more! Upper floor outlet offering additional catering and extensive hospitality services. The role Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day kitchen operation. Take responsibility for sections across restaurant, coffee bar and hospitality. Assist with menu execution and development to meet brand and market standards. Lead services in the Head Chef's absence. Ensure food standards, consistency and presentation are maintained. Assist with ordering, stock control, food costs and compliance. The Sous Chef Proven experience as a Sous Chef in high-volume Contract Catering. Confident supporting leadership and running service. Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
