You'll also ensure that the kitchen is a beacon for food hygiene and H&S standards, with a high level of cleanliness at all times. If you want to progress then we can help you pursue a career in kitchen management by developing your skills and knowledge even further. Ideally you'll have previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a similar premium branded fresh food kitchen environment, but if you've got a different background then don't let that stop you from hitting that apply button!
