A great opportunity for a Sous Chef to join an In House Catering operation located in the heart of the City, The starting salary is £38,000 for a 40 hour week This is a Monday to Friday role with hours being 7am to 3.30pm minimal evening events roughly 4/5 per year.

The Sous Chef will support a Head Chef and work with a CDP and KP and need some Fine Dining experience and staff dining experience gained within Contract Catering ideally or we will consider chefs from a High End Restaurant Background looking for a better work / life balance.

The Sous Chef will produce plated meals for a business lounge type service and then reproduce these meals for the staff restaurant where they are served buffet style. You will cater for around 200 on a daily basis and work closely with the client to produce menus and food offers.
