Tonic are assisting with our client's search for a Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of the back-of-house operations at this stunning hotel.

What are we looking for from the successful Sous Chef candidate? Previous experience in a fresh food kitchen (ideally up to 2 rosettes) at Sous or above Passion, personality and drive to succeed Ability to oversee the due diligence, food safety and health and safety within the kitchen
