The Role As Sous Chef , you will work closely with our Head Chef to:
Support the day-to-day running of the kitchen

Lead and inspire the team in delivering consistently high standards

Contribute to menu development with creativity and flair

Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards

Ensure smooth service across restaurant, bar, and events

About You Were looking for someone who:
Has previous experience at Junior Sous or Sous Chef level

Is passionate about fresh, seasonal food

Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment

Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills

Takes pride in presentation and consistency
