Sous Chef - Quality dining Pub

Petersfield £34K £38K per annum, 42 hour week This could be a brilliant role for a Sous Chef who loves proper pub kitchens and fresh food. A well-established food-led pub in the petersfield area is looking for a strong Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and help drive a busy, well-organised kitchen. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead service, support the brigade and help maintain consistently high standards.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day kitchen operation

Leading sections and driving service during busy periods

Training and mentoring junior chefs

Supporting stock control and kitchen organisation

What We're Looking For

A confident Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up

Fresh food kitchen experience

Someone calm, organised and reliable during busy service
