Youll be working with the very best British game, day-boat seafood, and native breeds , with the freedom to contribute to seasonal menus and weekly specials. The Person Theyre Looking For Experienced in fresh food, high-end gastro or rosette-level kitchens Skilled with fish preparation and confident on the butchery block Passionate about game and classical cooking techniques Has a track record of long-term roles , showing loyalty and consistency minimal agency or temp work Thrives in a kitchen because its not just a job its a way of life Brings energy, creativity, and pride to every service Why Youll Love It Here This is not a shouty, high-pressure kitchen its a calm, well-run team where respect and collaboration come first.
