As Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation. You will lead and inspire the kitchen brigade, assist in menu planning, and maintain inventory control, all while upholding our commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and team management.
Supervise and coordinate food preparation and cooking activities.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet established standards.
Support menu development and recipe creation in collaboration with the culinary team.
Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels effectively.
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to enhance performance.
Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Formal culinary qualification is preferred but not essential.
