We are a high-end and one of the most well received openings of the year, with 5* reviews in the press, and winner of the National Restaurant Awards One to Watch. We are based in Shoreditch, the menu is a la carte, brasserie style operation and serving British gastropub cuisine with New York, American influence and serving on average 50 covers for lunch and 80/100 for dinner. Service is run with 5/6 chefs at any one time in the kitchen. We are now looking for a Sous Chef who is friendly and approachable, is highly organised, with good communication skills and enjoys working in a high-pace environment. The ideal Sous Chef must be able to run the operation in the Head Chef absence. The Sous Chef will receive an annual salary of £45,000 per year and be part of a supportive kitchen and management team. Lots of opportunities for progression!!
