- My client, a Charming Boutique Hotel based right on the Outskirts of Bicester, is looking for a Talented Sous Chef to help oversee the running of a high quality, fresh food kitchen.
- Providing guests with an eclectic menu made up of both Modern British & Pan-Asian Cuisine , we need a Sous Chef with a flexible approach towards their craft who will embrace different cultural approaches and techniques!
- Utilising Outstanding Local Produce which showcases The Best of Oxfordshire , as Sous Chef, cooking must be your greatest passion with creativity at the heart of everything you do.
- Along with the Head Chef, youll help manage a really enthusiastic team and take a hands-on approach to ensuring they have the necessary training, advice and guidance to both perform their duties effectively, but also fulfil their potential as Chefs.
- Working for True Independent Hospitality Operators with many years experience in the industry, youll be given a brilliant platform to help create and deliver a Simple Menu thats Bursting with Originality and Flavour !
