About the Role: As Sous Chef, youll work closely with our Head Chef to deliver a refined yet approachable menu that showcases your creativity and attention to detail. Youll be a key part of shaping the kitchen culture, mentoring junior staff, maintaining high standards, and helping us build something truly special from the ground up.
