Our client is a distinguished private members' club set in a beautiful riverside location, offering a mix of elegant dining, relaxed lounges and exceptional event spaces. With a kitchen team of over 20 skilled chefs, they are now seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support in leading their talented brigade.

£37,000 per annum

Responsibilities as a Sous Chef
Assisting the Head Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations
Overseeing service for both restaurant and event dining
Supporting with menu development and seasonal specials
Coaching and inspiring junior chefs within the brigade
Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene
