Were looking for a forward-thinking Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our global team. In this role, youll help our most strategic customers harness Planhats capabilitiesincluding AI-driven automation, customizable workflows, and advanced data modelingto transform how they manage the customer journey.
This isnt account management. It's a technical strategy. Its enabling companies to scale with intelligence. Future proofing the way they interact with their data in Planhat.
Architect sophisticated solutions for customer success teams using Planhats AI-powered workflows, smart alerts, and automation features.
Drive Intelligent Automation: Help customers leverage Planhats native automation engine and AI insights to streamline processes, detect churn risk, and drive renewals.
Influence Product & AI Capabilities: Act as the voice of the customer to our product and AI teamsbringing real-world insights that help shape the evolution of the platform.
Have 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role (TAM, Solutions Architect, Solution/Sales Engineer, Integration Lead) in SaaS, ideally with data-heavy or AI-enabled platforms.
Are comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, data pipelines, and custom integrations (experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, Looker, etc.).
Are excited about the power of AI to transform workflows and decision-makingand you know how to make that real for customers.
Youre a natural problem solver who takes initiative, dives deep into the unknown, and leaves no stone unturned when uncovering solutions, identifying recurring issues, and creating helpful resources for clients
Bonus: Youve worked with CRM or customer data platforms before.
