What You'll Bring:

We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant, Partnerships Lead to join our growing team.

Day to Day You’ll Be:

• Present solutions to support the closure of opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
• Influence the achievement of revenue targets for target products & solutions.
• Work with sales management to identify and qualify opportunities to accelerate the sales cycle.
• Share insights from client and sales interactions for product development.
• Lead client engagement and solutions selling to foster credible, integrated partnerships.
• Participate with senior management to establish strategic goals and make final decisions on operations.
• Engage with peers and senior management on projects and operational issues.
• Negotiate and influence critical matters affecting the organization.
• Develop guidelines, processes, and procedures; manage resources including budget and personnel.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven sales, support, or account management experience with cross-functional teams.
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and customer-centric skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage at various seniority levels and communicate solutions effectively.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and market share.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30% (post pandemic).
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Problem solving, decision making, and financial acumen.
