Solution Architect (London – Hybrid, £90,000–£120,000 plus bonus)

Lead solution and architecture design for flagship products — editorial content, gamification, loyalty, video Partner with tech leads, engineers, consulting, and product to build joined-up, scalable solutions - web and mobile. Guided and consulted directly with major clients from discovery through launch — owning the tech conversation and outcomes.
In this role, you’d be the super connector who bridges worlds — tech, product, business, and fans wanting unique experiences.

Who You Are
Likely 2–3 years’ experience in solution architecture already, or have held senior engineering roles, designing and building end-to-end systems for digital products. Comfortable collaborating and communicating with clients — can switch from high-level roadmap to low-level backend details. Thrive when ownership is real, and ambiguity means opportunity — shape frameworks and digital journeys for brands seen by millions. Value team culture, growth, and shared success; work cross-functionally to launch products that set the standard for fan experiences.
