The Role: Solution Director : Fabric and Databricks

As Technical Solution Director in the central Practice Area team you are expected to develop and drive the growth of our Data business, specifically aligned with Microsoft Fabric and Databricks. Using your experience and relationships with Microsoft and Databricks, you'll develop our Go to Market strategy and deliver through AND's unique club model. You'll lead on the inception of solutions, engage with senior clients, and lead the growth of internal capability.

Have a commitment to continuous learning, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and client contexts, and comfort operating in ambiguity
