About the role:

The Solution Consultant plays a critical role in the success of any project. They act as a bridge between the client and the internal technical team. They are responsible for engaging with clients and providers alike to gather all relevant requirements needed to design a Benifex best practice solution. The design process is a collaborative effort which the Solution Consultant coordinates within the cross-functional project team. Subsequently, it is the Solution Consultant's responsibility to guide the client and provider to the Benifex best practice solution.

You’ll be at the heart of delivering tailored, high-quality employee benefit solutions across global markets. This role suits someone who is proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable translating technical concepts into simple, clear ideas.
