We are hiring for two Solution Architect positions to strengthen our Architecture function, making our solutions robust, scalable and future‑ready. Responsibilities
Lead the design of end-to-end solutions across application, data, integration and infrastructure domains. Align technology solutions with business strategy and objectives, influencing architectural direction. Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies and regulatory requirements. Promote best practices in solution architecture and contribute to reusable frameworks and reference architectures. Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, from concept to delivery. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
Qualifications
Excellent communicator and influencer who can engage stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment and collaboration. Proven experience in large‑scale, multi‑product organisations undergoing transformation. Broad technology expertise across on‑premises and cloud platforms, including migrations, upgrades and ERP solutions. Expertise in architectural modelling and tools with a strong ability to design scalable, secure solutions. Natural problem‑solver, resourceful and able to manage complexity in fast‑paced environments. Strategic thinker with integrity, adaptability and the ability to prioritise effectively while working under broad direction.
